Air pressure therapy is a system using pneumatic compression to promote blood and lymph circulation. It provides soothing relief from poor circulation, edema, sore feet, cold hands and feet, arthritis, muscular injuries, swollen hands or ankles, sciatica, low back pain, sprains, and strains. 

The system involves a sleeve that wraps the body part (either an arm, leg, or low back) in need of treatment. The sleeve is divided into chambers. Each chamber inflates sequentially starting at the fingers or toes, and continues to inflate up the limb until all chambers are full. The system then deflates and starts over. This causes dilation of blood vessels and an increase in skin temperature, relieving tension and stiffness, while also increasing circulation.
